Hello All - My Thoracic surgeon performed a VATS procedure that included total lung decortication, parietal pleurectomy, and removal of fibrinous material as well as a flex bronchoscopy with aspiration of secretions. He also indicated he did an extensive debridement of the mediastinum. Any thoughts on how to code the VATS mediastinal debridement? Is it included in any of the above procedures? Thank you!
