Not sure what cpt code to use for video assisted thoracoscopic biopsy of right middle lung lesion. Physician states: inspection of lung and the parietal pleura demonstrated the presence of the lesion of the edge of the rt middle lobe. I am new at this type of billing and would appreciated any assistance.:confused:

32608 - Thoracoscopy, with diagnostic biopsy(ies) of lung nodule(s) or mass(es) (wedge, incisional), unilateral.

Only report once per lung.

Maybe this fits what was done?
