VATS evacuation of hemothorax s/p CABG

Surgeon took a patient back to the OR 3 days PO CABG for VATS / evacuation of hemothorax. Evaluation of chest was performed to verify no active bleeding. He also made a second incision to clear some of the hemothorax under direct vision. How would you code this service? Thanks for your help!
