Wiki Vats mediastinotomy

One of my Cardiothoracic Surgeons performed VATS mediastinotomy. I only see codes for cervical or transthoracic approach so guessing I need to use an unlisted code? Has anyone seen this procedure and found a different code besides unlisted? Thanks!

Here is what it states in the coding tips under 39401. "For VATS, diagnostic, lungs, pericardial sac, mediastinal or pleural space without biopsy, see 32601."
