Okay, now I have some general scenario's given to me by one of the surgeon's I bill for. I have not done much thoracic surgical coding so I am stumped on a couple of these. Remember there is no operative report he is simply looking to know the post-operative periods. Please help with CPT codes for the following:

1. Lung cancer mass completely removed thoracoscopically
2. Pleural effusion amongst many other medical problems. Thoracoscopic biopsy and tempt at palliative drainage
3. Pleural effusion amongst many other medical problems. Thoracoscopic biopsy and attempt at palliative drainage with pleurodesis
4. Widespread unresectable lung cancer. Thoracoscopic biopsy of a small nodule to confirm diagnosis.
5. Non specific bilateral lung infiltrates.Thoracoscopic biopsy to hopefully get a better idea of cause

This is what I have determined so far:
1. 32661 or 32662
4. 32608
5. 32607

Thanks in advance for your help.
