venipuncture and chemo admin

We are going back and forth if a venipuncture can be billed with Chemo admin. In both cases where the labs are resulted in the office and sent out. THANKS!!!!!!
 
You can bill and get reimbursed for 36415 on chemo admin days if you're drawing at your office, even if labs are sent out. No modifier needed. Some smaller commercial insurances may deny for bundling so you may need to check your contract with them but those are few and far between.

If you're drawing from the port though that won't get paid, it'll be bundled.
