Payers very frequently deny venipuncture blood draw when billed with other services - 81000, 87210, 96372 - as incidental.

Is there any way of getting this paid?
 
I think you're stuck

This is considered incidental by every payer (that I know of) as it is a necessary component of performing a test that requires a blood sample.
