I have a question for Allergy and immunology.
When billing for venoms ( mixed vespid x 5 ) using code 95145, using three bottles each having 12 doses ( total of 3 6 doses ), we charge 170.00 per dose so would that be 170.x36?
OR
The venom is diluted so the 3 vials yield 84 doses over a 10 month period. Can diluted doses be billed. That then comes to 14K.
Any help in this matter would be appreciated.
