Could you please help me with this coding problem?

Patient had excision of venous aneurysm of the right groin. He states that he identified the aneurysm and it was dissected all the way down to where it entered the common femoral vein. We left a cuff of the saphenous vein where we clamped it off with a hemostate. We then removed it with a knife and the cuff of the saphenous vein was oversewn with 3-0 prolene.

What code would you use for this? Thank you in advance for all your help.
