Wiki Ventricular tachycardia Vs Supra ventricular tachycardia

Hi,

I have a doubt regarding these two diagnosis Ventricular tachycardia and Supra ventricular tachycardia. If patient is having both the conditions, can we code both VT and SVT as VT begins in ventricle and SVT begins in atria? Or need to code SVT only?
