Hello to anyone who will be able to answer my question

My provider is doing an implantation of right frontal ventriculoperitoneal shunt with codman programmable valve and programming of valve. He wants to use code 62223, which I agree with.

My question is, is the programmable valve included in that code or does the valve have to be coded separately? I know programming is included in the code.
