During a Hysteroscopy our doctor was unable to remove an endometrial polyp with the hysteroscopic graspers, then tried the polyp forceps with also did not work. He went on to use Versapoint Endoloop - I am wondering if I still code this with 58558 or if there is something else?? Thanks in advance for any advise.
