When coding for 74 hours of a V-EEG would you code 95951x3, and 95951,52(for the additional 2 hours)? The guidelines state use modifier 52 for less than 12 hours, does 2 hours count?
 
When monitoring is less than 8 hours, use code 95813 instead of 95951. This is based on an old article I found in the Coding Institute some time ago.
