Does anyone know the CPT codes for "visceral debranching" for preparation of abdominal aneurysm repair? Multi-branched Dacron graft used from Ilio to-celiac,-superiormesenteric, -RT and -LT renal. 4 visceral branches. I was using 35632-35634. Please help, receiving denials from medicare. Thank you!
