Hello. I need some advice. I work for a hematologist/oncologist. She would like to venture into administering vitamins via infusion. I am unaware how this would be coded so if someone out there knows how I would do this, I would be so appreciative! Thank you so much..Regina :confused:
 
Couldn't these be administered using 9636X codes? We give B-12 and I have used 96365 for the first hour and 96366 for more 31 minutes additional time. That is if there are no other chemos given.
