I need help coding a surgery done in an ASC. Pt had a IOL repositioned, however pt had Posterior Adhesions removed from between the iris and lens capsule, also had a unplanned Vitrectomy. Can anyone help in how this should be coded? I am thinking 65880, 67005 and 65810?
