quick question

does anyone know if a "volcano wire to measure fractional flow reserve" is a billable on an outpatient left cardiac cath or is it included in the cath?

OP report states "after visioualizing a borderline LAD lesion, essentially unchanged from before by 2-D images, it was decided to perform a volcano fractional flow reserve measurement to dtermine quantitatively the significance of the mid LAD lesion."
