My surgeons recently started using the Vortex Catheter System. In this paticular scenario, they are using it to extract a endocarditis lesion off the atrium and tricuspid valve. I don't believe there are any codes that would represent this, but wanted to get someone else's opinion before I billed an unlisted code.
