Anyone ever have their provider use a VSD Occluder to close a perivalvular leak before, in this case the mitral valve? I am thinking an Unlisted code may be the best option for this procedure. Any thoughts or insight appreciated.

FYI......spoke with St. Jude Hotline, they recommended the Unlisted code.....at least come 2017 there will be a set of new codes for these
