Hello everyone,
I have a case where a pt has a Bennett's fracture of the right hand. I have the dx code(S62211A). My issue is how the pt got injured? He got angry and punched a wall. Im not sure I got the correct W code (W2201XA)? If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.
 
It does not appear that he walked into a wall. I think that maybe

W22.09XA Striking against other stationary object, initial encounter

would be more appropriate.
