I'm a medical biller for six independent CRNAs that are in the process of forming a group practice in Washington State. There's much debate on group NPI billing vs. individual. One attorney has told them group NPI is not an option to them due to WA law, but this conflicts with another attorney.

Does anybody have any knowledge in this area that could shed some light in regards to WA law and group NPI billing?
