How can I code this case done in the OR for the physician? please help, htnaks
the wound VAC sponges were removed and the wound was irrigated with Betadine solution. No new infection signs could be detected. Two swaps were taken and sent for bacteriological examination. In a next step new VAC-sponges were trimmed in size and brought into the field. Finally, with the special VAC-drape the sponges are fixed in the wound. After starting the VAC-system it was verified that the system is absolutely sealed
