Hello!

I am located in the Northeast, working in an ASC, and we have some WC claims that are processed using U&C w/a geographical adjustment. The problem is even with this, payments are all over the place and didn't know if anyone has found a link or article explaining U&C and how it is applied to certain claims. Unfortunately, the state I work in doesn't have a WC fee schedule which would make things SO much easier! Any help will be much appreciated!
