How do you code for a weight check visit where there the doctor is just checking to make sure the child is still growing along the same growth percentile?
 
Our Peds. GI doctors dont bill for this, however our General Peds. doctors set it up as nurse visit and the nurse documents for 99211. Depending if the child has not improved then the physican will see them as a follow up visit.
