Yes we are and without problems that I am aware of. I researched it last year but unfortunately don't remember the link...but it was on CMS under IPPE.

I agree, thank you. I went ahead and billed the Q0091 along with the Welcome to Medicare Physical. I'll keep track of it, so I can see how they pay on it.
