Hello,
I was wondering if there is a specific way to code a Welcome to Medicare Exam. We have many patients that receive the welcome to medicare booklet which states that they get a free welcome to medicare exam. My offices have been billing office visits and it has been going to their deductibles, hence not "free." Please advise. thanks!!!!
