If a patient comes in for well child check and a sports physical at the same visit is it appropriate to use dx V20.2 and V70.3 on the same claim? If so, which one would be primary?

Also, can you bill for more than one Preventative medicine in one year for adolescents . For example, if a patient comes in one month for a WCC and then a few months later for a sports physical, is it okay to bill 2 preventative medicine codes for this patient under the same year? A little guidance please.. Thanks!

We bill sports physicals with the 99429, and put them to self-pay. The patients are responsible for paying for sports physicals.
Also, it depends on the payer and the patients insurance benefits how many well child visits are allowed per year.
