Hello. A patient comes in for a WWE and gets seen for other complications (cervical dysplasia and hematuria); can this visit be billed with the extra E/M associated with the other conditions? Thank you everyone.
 
Yes you can. I use the V70.0 icd-9 code for the well exam and then the use the appropriate E/M code with modifer 25 with the sick icd-9 codes
