I have a medicare patient who's coming in as a new patient and she also complained of a problem. My question is am i billing a 99204 (25), g0101, and q0091? Second part of my question also if i have a medicare patient who already have her wwv and comes back in for a problem am i still billing the g0101 or do i bill a regular office visit (i.e. 99215)?

Any help would be great

If the patient came in for her pap/pelvice/breast exam then bill Q0091 & G0101 (have pt sign ABNs); if pt had other complaints then bill the E&M with modifier 25. If the patient comes back in for a "problem" visit then bill appropriate E&M with specified diagnosis.
