Hello,

I am trying to clarify for one of our doctors on how they would bill a well women exam but I am kind of confused with the codes. Would it be:

Ex: 99384- Prev. Visit + G0101 + Q0091

or 99384 + G0101 since the Q0091 is part of the prev. visit?
