Hi, we have a bunch of claims that are not getting paid by wellmed for our radiology dept. It's coming back saying the procedure code is inconsistent with the modifier used or a required modifier is missing. I am struggling to figure out which modifiers should be added to these codes. Any suggestions would be welcomed. TIA
