HI, I'm new at this but I have a question....If on outpatient labs the order says "wellness" and in the labs they they also do a Psa screening, can I add the screening for prostate cancer Z12.5 code or does the provider have to specifically say that? Same with Lipid labs...can I add the Screening for cardiovascular disorder Z13.6 since the wellness is technically a screening for things?
