Has anyone billed out for the new annual wellness codes for patients in the SNF facility or any long term care as the place of service? I got a question today if these could be done and if they would be kicked back because of the LTC as the place of service. I cant find anything in black and white to help guide me. Any advise, help would be greatly appreciated.
