What are you doing to prepare for ICD 10?

I was wondering what other offices were doing to train the providers and the rest of the staff for this transition. I was thinking about case studies, cheat sheets, and one on one visits with providers. What are you doing to prepare for ICD 10?
 
Where I work has a full set of online mini-courses to help us prepare, but I can't help feeling they won't be enough. I'm definitely supplementing my own knowledge as much as possible, and I'm thinking of submitting a few essays/articles about the transition to our office newsletter.

I feel like I'm not so high in the office hierarchy due to being relatively new (three months), but I'm also the ONLY credentialed coding specialist so it can't hurt to step up. I'm getting increasingly concerned about our providers' documentation practices.
 
ICD-10 Prep

Get as much training as you can in ICD-10. I am assisting with the I-10 go live for 11 Practices. Our AAPC Chapter has really stepped up to get training out there and affordable. The Doctors will be the biggest hurdle but the coder and biller will have to chase them down for what they need. I already have the cheat sheets from the AAPC in my office and I ordered a copy for ALL of my providers, they needed to see what we are up against. Frankly I am eager to make this change to I-10. jabowen: Can you tell me how to find the ICD-10 AAPC "Cheat Sheets" that you referenced getting for your providers?
