coding help for ultrasounds done each visit

I am unsure about the coding of the ultrasounds per visit. My doc does an ultrasound at each one month visit throughout the entire 9 months. I have been looking for documentation on how to code these subsequent ultrasounds. Can I bill for more than one ultrasound for <14 weeks and more than one ultrasound for >than 14 weeks or after the initial ones do I need to be doing the followups? I have one scenario where a patient had a <14 week ultrasound 76801 at 6 weeks and then due to bleeding received another one at 10 weeks. Doc tells me he does a thorough assessment of organ system each time and only does a "quick look" if in first 3-4 weeks of pregnancy before he can really see anything. Any help or resources would be appreciated. Thanks.
