What cpt code for postoperatively adjustable breast implant?

My physician is using a postoperatively adjustable implant that he is implanting at the time of reconstruction for cancer. It is allows expansion of the implant as time goes on and later the filling tube is only removed. What would be the correct cpt code for this implantation? 19357-breast reconstruction immediate or delayed , w/tissue expander or 19340-immediate insertion breast prosthesis following mastectomy?

Confused as to what is most appropriate?

I would call the representative of the breast implant type and see if they can give you guidance as to how to bill. If they are calling it an implant I would use 19340, if it is labled as an expander I would use 19357.

I would use the 19357, as that code covers the work of the subsequent expansions in the office.
