Getting denials from Medicaid MCO for billing dx code F33.1 with CPT 96156. Has anyone had this happen? What dx codes are payable

Well Id denied it too dx F33...Depression recurrent with CPT 96156?. Did provider document WHY depression returned? Did pt suffer death in family & grieving dx F43, or very nervous & worried dxR45, or has insomnia G47 or inlaw or spouse problems Z63 or chronic illness like dx I25. Also in MH assessment I d get MH provider give more details on why chose dx F33.1 in documentation, then hope have dx codes to explain a bit more.
