What diagnosis for surgery f/u after global period

Hi everyone, just wondering what diagnosis to use for a follow up to surgery after the global period has ended and we can bill an e&m? with no problems?

need a little more info. Was it just an office visit or was it a follow up surgery? Was it a planned? Was it from complications? Was anything else reviewed, any other problems?

Yes, you can bill an E&M code, according to whatever level the Dr feels necessary.
