Our office is wanting to transition from a micro cassette dictation system to a digital system but know very little about it. I'd love to hear your experiences with your system and if you would recommend it. Currently our transcriptionist picks up the tapes daily and drops off the completed work the next day. How much different will a digital system be? Thanks!

We use MD-IT. They are well reknown and do an excellent job. Physicians can either call in the dictation or use a digital recorder.
