Quick question, Can a Dr's office charge (ex:$1.00/page) the patient for results to their own lab work, x-ray reports, etc?

We only charge patients if they want a group of records like all of there labs for the past 2 years or their whole chart. If they want a copy of there results from todays visit only we do not charge.
