Bankart & Hill-Sachs ...
 
shoulder posterior bony Bankart with reverse humeral head Hill-Sachs with some mild cartilage loss and loose body ... You use 812.09 for both Bankart & Hill-Sachs.i use 812.09 for Hill-Sachs but never really sure what to use for Bankart.
 
Thank you for the additional information. :) I think the 718 series of ICD-9s are good choices.... Maybe 718.81 or 718.21 for the Bankart? I'm sure you can better determine which is best from the note detail.
