Am I the only one who seems to think there are fewer and fewer LCDs (now articles) that have covered ICD 10 codes available? I have about 6 DME codes and not one of them have this information. Have I missed something over the years? I feel like I can't find more than I can find.

The ICD-10 codes were removed from the LCDs and NCDs to make them easier to update. There are more governmental hoops to jump through (notification requirements to the public) required to change an LCD or NCD so by removing them it makes it easier.
