Can you charge for oral medications at time of service eg. if child comes in for bee sting and he is given oral benedryl as part of treatment? Where can I find documentation defining what is cover E/M vs separately billable charges i.e. oral meds, nebulizer meds, etc normally purchased meds by physician???
