In short I read right femoral vein accessed under ultrasound, permanent recording saved. Catheter inserted. Cannulation of right as well as left pulmonary arteries where successful. Bilateral tPA infusion 1mg/h for 6 hours will be continued along with;s and flush of an sheet as well as catheter where secured in place .

The book I have says thrombolytic infusion can be reported bilaterally only if the patient has bilateral infusions via separate access sites. The example is left and right pulmonary arteries via right and left femoral veins.

I hope this helps.
