Can someone please tell me what the coding differences are when coding outpatient facilities vs physician office? I have been wanting to remote code and see they do offer OP, and SDS coding positions but most of my experience lays in physician office though I have coded surgeries and other various procedures. Thanks!
 
It seems the major difference is type of procedures performed, place of service, and an emphasis on diagnosis hierarchy. :)
