What is the distinguishable difference between a "minor problem - self limited" and an "acute uncomplicated illness or injury"?

A problem that runs a definite course is also met as a 'allergic rhinitis or a simple sprain' as is defined as an acute uncomplicated illness per AMA CPT 2022. What qualifies as minor then?
