I'm looking at a chart note and see a Y turned to the right as your looking at it with numbers all around. Can someone explaine what this is ?? Learning something new every day...that's how it should be.
This could be an extrapolation of lab results - the physicians that I work for use this alot on hospital follow up visits. That way instead of flipping to labs which could be lenghty, for every visit they have exactly what they are looking for. Hope this helps!
