Do you have to append modifer to G0446 or G0447 when billing with G0439 Medicare AWV?

Hi - There aren't Medicare physician NCCI edits for those codes, but if you're seeing a modifier-based denial, maybe there's a payer-specific rule or an issue with another code?

I often see insurance wanting a 25 on the G0439 when billing a G0446 or G0447 with it. This is most likely payor specific.
