Wiki what modifier to use when removing multiple lesions

What modifier do you use when you are removing multiple lesions on both eyes, upper and lower. Example is 67700, on 3 lids. Do you bill bilateral or do you bill E1, E2 and E3? And then does the E2 and E3 also require a 51 modifier? I cant find any clear answers Thanks!

This code pertains to the drainage of an eyelid abscess...are you sure that is the one you want to use for excision of lesions? There are other codes for skin lesions and skin tags.

your correct...I should have not used the word removal but instead used drainage.
