What POS would you use for a field amputation-below the knee

I am stumped. they careflighted the doctor to the scene to finish the amputation and then sent him to the hospital to clean up the amputation. What POS is acceptable?

18 if the patient was at their place of employment, otherwise 99 for any other place not specially listed. Now, how will the insurance deal with this? You are going to be sending medical records...
